Orange Youth Services (OYS) provides $1,000 awards to three graduating Orange seniors who demonstrate outstanding character, community service and leadership potential. Free 30-minute, community-wide, and in-person Naloxone training. In this 30-minute training, you will learn to: recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, how to administer naloxone, rapidly reverse opioid overdose, and better understand the opioid crisis nationally and in CT.

If yes, then Orange Youth Services is looking for you! Orange Youth Services Teen Representatives (OYSTR) is led by Orange Youth Services Coordinator Chantelle Bunnell and our two School Resource Officers (SRO’s). Does it sound like a good fit? Join us!
In conjunction with the Orange Fire Department and the Orange Student Resource Officers, we provide classes that cover fire and personal safety, visitors, responsibilities, and "do's and don'ts" when home alone. We have three sessions scheduled in May.
Orange Youth Services is tackling the critical issue of digital media's impact on children with a special screening of the documentary "Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age" (Elementary School Age Edition). Orange Community Women sponsor backpacks for youth in Orange for the beginning of each school year. These backpacks are filled with all sorts of supplies. If you'd like to help us, or if you'd like to donate items or help sponsor, drop us a line.
